Pricing Administrator

Salary: $19-$21/hour

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local company to hire a Pricing Administrator. This role supports the pricing and sales teams by managing customer data, pricing information, and analytics throughout the RFP, contract, and sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple systems and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incorporate reference pricing from DAT and internal data sources into shipper RFPs
• Support data management throughout the RFP process to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Organize shipper lane awards and enter awarded lanes into systems such as HubSpot, Freight Science, and TMW
• Reconcile customer billing rates and mileage against system-calculated data and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update customer and contact records in TMW and CRM (HubSpot)
• Create, upload, and monitor customer scorecards in the CRM
• Analyze customer data and scorecards to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Conduct customer and contact research using tools such as ZoomInfo
• Assist with additional pricing, sales, and data-related projects as needed

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and data management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
• Experience with CRM systems preferred (HubSpot a plus)
• Experience with transportation, logistics, or pricing data is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
