Salary: $21.50/hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a financial services company in Hudson, MA. The Customer Service Representative provides phone-based support to customers, handling financial account inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting a positive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls regarding financial services products as well as general questions - Full training will be provide on the products
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve ongoing customer matters and provide timely updates
  • Educate customers on financial services, digital tools, and delivery channels that improve convenience
  • Submit and document sales referrals and customer interactions
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • At least 2+ years of phone customer service experience in high volume environment such as call center required
  • Previous financial services or banking experience preferred
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office

The hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM. The pay rate is $21.50/hr. This can be a hybrid-remote position with 2-3 days/week in office once trained.
