• Has basic mechanical aptitude
• Can safely use hand and power tools
• Understand basic measurements and layouts

• Is physically capable of:
• Lifting to 100 lbs.
• Working in heat and cold
• Standing, climbing, and bending for long periods
• Is comfortable working in:
• Mechanical rooms
• Construction sites
• Rooftops
• Confined spaces
• Has proper working equipment:
• A basic tool set
• Steel-toe footwear
• PPE equipment
