Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a company in Lenoir City, Tennessee.

 

Pay:  $15-$19/hour DOE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, validate, and enter customer orders received via web, email/phone, or CRM submission.
  • Regularly create sales orders/invoices and follow up with customers to collect payment.
  • Assist with collecting and organizing data for refund processing and warranty claims.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with retail customers while maintaining a positive attitude and remaining flexible with processes.
  • Maintenance of customer data; product catalogs, pricing, delivery addresses.
  • Monitor and update collaborative project board.
  • Work heavily with other departments and locations within the organization.
  • This position does have a high incoming call volume during our peak season, but it is not a sales position.
  • Assist with other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center/customer service role
  • MS Office Proficiency (heavy excel usage) 
  • Attention to detail

Shift:

  • Mon- Thu // 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Friday // 8 AM -12 PM
