Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Pay: $25-30 DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and professional Recruiting Support team member to act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well over the phone, can follow structured scripts, and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and filtering inquiries
• Conduct structured phone interviews or surveys to gather, verify, and update candidate information
• Screen candidates for eligibility based on set criteria
• Accurately enter data into internal systems while on calls
• Provide basic information and take detailed messages for the recruiting team
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong data entry and basic computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Work Environment & Requirements:

• On-site position
