Data Entry Specialist
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Pay: $25-30

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support sales and marketing teams by maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Input new leads and update customer records across internal systems

• Maintain data consistency and accuracy across multiple platforms

• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and quality checks

• Assist with generating reports for sales and marketing teams

• Import and export data and manage contact lists for marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accurately track customer interactions and activities

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of data entry or related experience

• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Preferred experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data

Work Environment & Requirements:

• In-office position

• Background screening required

• Drug screening required
