We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Accounting Support professional to join our team. This role combines customer service, accounts receivable/payable assistance, inventory coordination, and general office administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls while delivering professional, friendly customer service
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as needed
• Schedule gas deliveries and coordinate customer service requests
• Assist with inventory management, including:
  • Tracking inventory usage and adjustments
  • Assisting with inventory reconciliation and reporting
  • Communicating inventory needs with management and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and filing processes
• Assist with fuel purchases, vendor payables, and related documentation
• Provide general administrative and office support to daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; some college or a degree preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of RCC software is a plus (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Solid computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• Professional communication skills and positive, customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• On-site in Aledo, TX
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Occasional overtime during peak winter demand
