Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC woodworking machines to manufacture custom cabinet doors.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Select and load appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and tolerances using measuring tools.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow company safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC operation experience in woodworking or manufacturing preferred; training available for candidates with related machine operation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working with wood, tools, and machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Good math skills and ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure, etc.).
