Copy Center Production/Bindery Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a hard working and detail-oriented person with relevant experience to join our vibrant print production team. Must have experience operating commercial copiers, offset presses or bindery equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various print, copy and bindery equipment to support our digital and offset product lines. Ideal candidate will have recent copy center, printing or bindery experience.

We will provide training for the various equipment operator will run.

Duties

• Operate and monitor multiple types of copier, printing presses and bindery machines to produce high-quality prints efficiently.
• Press helper and copy center support roles.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing and binding equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Fulfill bindery operations including trimming, folding, binding, and finishing to deliver polished final products.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of copy, offset printing and bindery processes
• Experience in color management principles to achieve consistent color accuracy across projects.
• Must be a team player, work well with others
• Skilled in machining processes for equipment adjustments or repairs.
• Must be able to work on feet all day, lifting of paper will be part of this job.
