As a Showroom Sales & Customer Support Associate you’ll be an essential part of creating an exceptional customer experience in our Phoenix showroom. You’ll assist walk-in customers, contractors, and designers with product selections, answer questions about tile and pool-related materials, process orders, and support the sales team through outstanding service and operational excellence.
Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with product questions, design ideas, pricing, and availability.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on tile choices and project needs, helping customers find the best solutions for their projects.
Accurately create sales orders, quotes, and schedules for deliveries or pickups using internal systems.
Maintain clear communication with the warehouse team, delivery personnel, and branch management to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support showroom merchandising, organization, and inventory accuracy.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency for order entry and email communication.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to help customers and grow professionally.
Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
