Customer Care Representative – Insurance Agency
We are seeking a driven and motivated Customer Care Representative to join a local insurance agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually become licensed in insurance.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with billing questions
Helping walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
Maintaining and updating client information in the CRM system (training provided)
Providing general customer support and administrative assistance
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Self-motivated with an interest in growth within the insurance industry
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Includes a one-hour lunch break
