Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $19.50 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, tracking inventory levels, recording serial numbers, and entering warranty information with manufacturers. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records
• Assist with check runs and electronic payments

Inventory Tracking

• Monitor and update inventory levels
• Record and track serialized items accurately
• Work with purchasing/warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory audits

Warranty & Data Entry

• Enter warranty information with manufacturers and third-party companies
• Maintain digital files for warranties and serial numbers
• Ensure accurate and complete data entry in internal systems
• Communicate with vendors regarding warranty claims when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, inventory management, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with accounting or inventory software preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
