Compensation: $45,000 base + 20% commission
Sign-On Commission: $5,000

A growing equipment dealer is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our presence across Peoria County and surrounding areas. This territory includes strong existing customers and major untapped opportunity, especially in Tazewell County.

What You’ll Do

• Sell a full line of compact construction equipment
• Manage Peoria‑area territory and grow business in surrounding counties
• Call on customers daily and build long‑term relationships
• Prospect actively and maintain a full sales pipeline
• Work with internal staff for quotes, inventory, and support
• Contribute to social media content, website updates, videos, and networking events

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Self‑motivated, organized, and confident meeting new people
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Ability to use basic computer and mobile tools
• Must own a 3/4‑ton truck
• Must be able to pull a trailer with heavy equipment

Preferred

• Equipment, industrial, or territory‑based sales experience
• Mechanical understanding or equipment operation familiarity
• Comfort with social media and basic video content
