Express Employment Professionals is assisting a well-established Fargo company that specializes in rental equipment with finding an Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and driving business growth.

In this role, you’ll focus on developing new business while strengthening existing customer relationships. This is a true outside sales position with plenty of autonomy and strong earning potential.

• Develop and grow new accounts through face-to-face visits, cold stops, and networking

• Build long-term relationships with local businesses and industry partners

• Attend trade shows, industry events, and community functions

• Assist with marketing efforts and help expand the company’s presence in the market

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward growth goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or relationship-driven sales

• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and customer visits

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed

• Construction, industrial, or equipment rental experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Perks:

• Competitive base salary plus commission

• Realistic first-year earnings of $75,000–$100,000
