We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist attorneys and paralegals in a professional legal environment. This role is ideal for someone who values organization, clear processes, and confidentiality.

Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the office daily, preparing workspaces, equipment, and common areas
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, voicemails, emails, and client communications
- Accurately document all client-related communications with detailed notes and time entries
- Collect, scan, upload, and organize incoming and outgoing mail and legal documents
- Maintain digital and physical client files with consistent organization and naming conventions
- Prepare client meeting folders, calendars, and conference rooms
- Greet clients professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client follow-ups as directed
- Ensure all documents are scanned and uploaded before the end of each business day
- Maintain clean, professional reception and conference areas
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals throughout the day

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred

- Working knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
