APARTMENT MAKE READY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
LOCATION: FAYETTEVILLE, AR
SCHEDULE: M - F (9AM - 6PM)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with Maintenance team and supervisor to ensure that all units are made ready for move in. Completing punch lists for all units with accuracy and efficiency. Assisting with other maintenance duties as needed, ie...ensuring property is kept tidy and all trash is picked up, some help with mowing and weed eating, clearing/sweeping sidewalks, snow removal from walking areas as needed.
