Job Summary

The Bilingual Forklift Driver is responsible for operating forklifts and related material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products and materials. This role requires clear communication in both English and Spanish to coordinate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, pallet jacks) to move materials within the warehouse, staging, or production areas.

• Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper handling of products for shipment or storage.

• Organize, stack, and stage inventory in designated areas to maintain efficient workflow.

• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any safety or mechanical issues immediately.

• Assist with general warehouse duties including order picking, packing, inventory counts, and housekeeping as needed.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements at all times.

• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with coworkers and supervisors to ensure operational accuracy and safe teamwork.

• Must be able to clear back ground and DMV record
