Warehouse Coordinator/Inventory Lead

Job Title - Warehouse Coordinator/Inventory Lead

 

Shift - 9am to 5pm

Pay -BOE up to $35

 

Inventory Management

• Own inventory accuracy across raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods
• Perform and lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis for variances
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
• Support lot control, FIFO/FEFO, expiration management, and traceability
• Assist with physical inventories, audits, and mock recalls as needed

Raw Material Receiving

• Receive raw materials and packaging materials from approved suppliers
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, bills of lading, and receiving documents
• Check materials for correct quantities, lot codes, condition, and labeling
• Ensure materials are properly identified and placed on QA hold or released per SOP
• Enter receiving transactions accurately in ERP/WMS systems
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to procurement and quality teams

WIP Outbound & Production Staging

• Stage raw materials and components for production runs according to schedules
• Issue materials to production using FIFO/FEFO and lot control requirements
• Move WIP between production, hold, quarantine, and finished goods areas
• Ensure accurate documentation and system transactions for WIP movements
• Support production changeovers by ensuring timely material availability

Inventory Control & Traceability

• Maintain lot-level traceability from receipt through WIP issuance

Required

• 3+ years of warehouse and inventory experience in manufacturing, food, or CPG
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and ERP/WMS systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse condition
