Maintenance Mechanic - 2+ years' experience

Duties:

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, machinery, and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Facility Repairs: Repair, paint, and maintain building structures, including walls, roofs, and floors.
• Systems Maintenance: Fix or replace plumbing components, lighting, and electrical switches.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in machinery or building systems and determine the best repair methods.
• Documentation & Supplies: Keep detailed maintenance records, manage inventory, and order necessary parts and materials.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment. 

Experience: Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or general commercial or industrial building maintenance.

• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+lbs), climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions.
