Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Labeling Associate to join our team in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for labeling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply accurate labels to products, boxes, and pallets

• Verify product information, quantities, and labeling accuracy

• Assist with packaging, sorting, and staging products for shipment

• Perform general warehouse duties including material handling and cleanup

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous warehouse or labeling experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed

• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting

• May require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
