1st Shift - Static Torque Technician (CAT)

Salary: 21.98/hr

POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for taking static torque checks, analyzing data, communicate findings with Quality Torque Analyst and Assembly technicians. This position will also work with Quality groups and torque analyst to resolve quality problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong SPC skills, problem solving skills, computer skills, strong mechanical ability, good oral and written communication skills, and good people skills are a must for this position.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY: This position will be using a torque data collection device to conduct daily breakaway static torque checks that are established for a given assembly area and any discrepancy reported to either the assembly technician in the area or the Torque Analyst immediately. The data will be downloaded into Quantum SPC, the data will be analyzed by the Quality Torque Analyst and the Static torque Analyst. Must be willing to work short notice overtime if needed.
