Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)

• Proficient computer skills to maintain maintenance records (required)

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair of construction equipment and large trucks (required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods (required)

• Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization (required)

• Class A CDL preferred

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize urgent repairs and maintenance needs

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts

• Oversee organization and upkeep of the shop, trucks, and construction equipment

• Assist the mechanic as needed with repairs and maintenance

• Coordinate service and repairs with outside mechanical facilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to other maintenance personnel
