Express is looking for an Accounting Associate for our Tuckerton based client. The company is growing and looking to add to its team!

 

Accounting Associate

 

Pay: $22-$25/hour/hr

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday (8am-5pm)

Location: Tuckerton, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Accounting Associate:

• Process single and batch credit card transactions as well as ACH transactions, and manage deposits for checks
• Prepare internal audits and reconciliations, as well as managing 3rd party agencies for collections 
• Update Accounting Software for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Maintain a task list of time sensitive transactions and process when due.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Accounting Associate:

• 2-5+ years experience in AP and AR
• Associates degree, with a focus in accounting preferred
• Must be comfortable with computers and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ADP software
