Our client is seeking IT Help Desk Support!

 

The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, network, and systems issues. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production and engineering environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to:

  • Windows operating systems

  • Microsoft 365 applications

  • Network connectivity

  • Printers, scanners, and production-floor equipment

  • User accounts, permissions, and Active Directory

• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or system administrators as needed

Qualifications

 

• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

• Experience with Active Directory and user account management

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
