Our client in Lake County, OH is seeking an experienced Concrete Prep and Form Setup Worker to join their family-owned company known for quality workmanship and long-term employee relationships. This full-time role is ideal for a skilled concrete worker who understands proper form positioning, elevations, and site preparation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

• 3–5 years minimum experience in concrete carpentry or formwork in a construction environment (required)

• Strong understanding of carpentry principles related to concrete forming (required)

• Ability to read and work from blueprints, specifications, and construction documents (required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods (required)

• Experience with pouring and finishing concrete is preferred but not required

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set formwork to correct elevation and alignment with accurate dimensions

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures

• Install and remove concrete forms for footings, foundations, walls, and slabs

• Place and tie rebar according to project specifications

• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment for safe and proper use

• Assist with general labor or equipment tasks as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines and project requirements consistently
