Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected financial services firm in the La Crosse area, and we are currently recruiting for a Temporary Client Service Specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting clients and the advisory team by providing exceptional front-line service and administrative support.

 

Position Type: Temporary
Location: La Crosse, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (specific schedule to be discussed)

 

Job Duties:

• Serve as the first friendly voice and face for clients by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in person
• Manage and maintain multiple calendars using Salesforce CRM, including scheduling and confirming client appointments
• Maintain accurate client profiles, document interactions, and complete proper follow-up
• Assist clients by answering questions, processing transactions, handling money movements, and performing routine account maintenance
• Manage incoming and outgoing U.S. mail while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Provide general administrative support across the team as needed

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior administrative, customer service, or client-facing office experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to client service
