Now Hiring – Production Lead - $22/hr-$26/hr

- Direct Hire OR Temp-to-Hire

- Hourly initially. May turn into Exempt position

- Northeast San Antonio

- Small Food Manufacturing Company

Duties include:

• Provide oversight of company production ensuring goals are met
• Ensure processes and policies are followed for maximum efficiency and minimal error
• Provide guidance and leadership to 3 shifts of workers - approximately 35 employees

Requirements are:

• Leadership skills to include teaching and coaching.
• Proven management of production or operation
• Positive and clear communication skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt
• Math skills required
• Pro-active thinking required
• Computer Savvy, Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
• HS grad min. Some college preferred
• Previous production experience a plus. Food production even better
