Shipping Clerk Location: Lindon, UT Job Type: Full-Time - Evaluation Hire Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Lindon, Utah. This role is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and processing outbound shipments to ensure products are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation Verify shipment contents against work orders, packing lists, and bills of lading Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments Load and unload materials using forklifts or other material-handling equipment (as required) Maintain accurate shipping records and enter data into inventory/shipping systems Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage prior to departure Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and office staff to ensure shipping deadlines are met Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Industrial/manufacturing setting Fast-paced, hands-on role requiring standing, lifting, and movement throughout the day Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health and dental insurance Life insurance Profit-sharing bonuses Paid time off #3420UT
