Our client in Carver, MA is seeking a dependable and hands-on Assistant Supervisor of Production to support daily operations in our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently, and maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Schedule:  M-F 7:30am to 4pm
Pay: $22 - $24 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees 

• Ensure production line equipment is operating properly and address minor issues as they arise

• Monitor production processes using computer-based systems

• Assist with meeting production goals while maintaining quality and food safety standards

• Enforce safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to production staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility is required

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a production environment preferred

• Comfortable using computers to monitor production processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and leadership skills
