Full time, $25/HR plus commission

Monday - Friday (start time can be anytime between 6am-8am)

Responsibilities:

• Using modash.io or similar influencer marketing tools to research, qualify, and identify prospective royalty partners, prioritizing those with strong audience engagement in health, nutrition, fitness, supplements, longevity, or related trust-based niches.
• Conducting outreach via email, phone, and social media to pitch the royalty program, emphasizing mutual benefits and revenue-sharing.
• Managing accounts long-term and supporting partners to maximize performance and program success.
• Tracking metrics, reporting on acquisitions, and refining strategies with the team.
• Staying current on industry trends to innovate recruitment approaches.

Ideal Candidate:

Seeking a driven commercial sales representative with account management experience, ideally in influencer or partnership recruitment using tools like Modash.

• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
• Be highly organized and capable of working independently
• Be a self-starter who learns well on their own and takes initiative without requiring constant direction
• Proficient in social media platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
