As our Social Medical Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind our online presence, blending strategic marketing with hands-on content creation to build a loyal, engaged community. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a dynamic monthly content calendar across platforms, featuring high-quality Reels/TikTok’s (short-form videos), "day-in-the-life" stories, long-form storytelling that spotlights company, the benefits of dietary supplements and wellness journeys, infographics, live sessions, and user-spotlight features.
- Social Search Optimization: Go beyond basic hashtags by optimizing captions, video scripts, and alt text for "Social Search" algorithms, ensuring company ranks first in searches for "Dietary Supplements," "bulk powders," "natural wellness solutions," and niche queries like "keto-friendly electrolytes" or "longevity supplements."
- Community Management: Cultivate a welcoming "neighborhood" vibe by engaging followers in real-time, responding to DMs and comments with an authentic, helpful, and adventurous tone, moderating discussions, and turning interactions into meaningful connections.
- Creator & Partner Collaborations: Use tools like Modash.io (or similar) to research, qualify, and identify micro-influencers and creators in health, fitness, nutrition, supplements, longevity, and trust-based niches; partner with them to generate high-value User-Generated Content (UGC) and co-branded campaigns.
- Outreach and Recruitment: Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social media to pitch revenue-sharing partnership models, build long-term relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact to support partners in maximizing their performance and earnings.
- AI & Trend Monitoring: Leverage AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, scheduling, and trend forecasting) to boost efficiency while preserving companies unique, human-centered voice; stay ahead of emerging trends in influencer marketing, supplements, wellness, and e-commerce.
- Analytics & Growth: Monitor and report on weekly KPIs such as engagement rate, Social Share of Voice, link clicks, follower growth, conversion rates, and ROI; use data insights to refine strategies, conduct A/B testing, and drive measurable traffic to our website and sales.
- Additional Strategic Duties: Manage paid campaigns using Google AdWords for targeted ads; create and edit visuals with Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software; integrate CRM tools for lead tracking; optimize SEO for social content; and collaborate on email marketing blasts to nurture community loyalty.
- Affiliate Platform Management and Operations: This includes recruiting and onboarding affiliates. Oversee the daily administration of the affiliate platform, ensuring it is properly set up and maintained. Develop and implement an overall affiliate program strategy that aligns with company’s goals. Expand the program by recruiting tiered affiliates and influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with resources such as branded content, banners, email templates, and social media kits. Evaluate and approve applications, ensuring they meet the company’s standards.
We are seeking a passionate, innovative marketer who lives and breathes social media and can turn everyday wellness moments into viral sensations. The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate expertise in Google AdWords for paid social and search campaigns, Photoshop for advanced graphic design, Canva for quick visuals, and a wide array of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging ones like Threads or BeReal).
- Possess strong video creation and editing skills (e.g., using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or iMovie) to produce polished Reels, tutorials, and stories.
- Excel in SEO/SEM, email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp or Klaviyo), A/B testing, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to inform decisions.
- Have "The Eye": A natural talent for mobile photography, videography, and visual storytelling—transforming a simple product shot into a compelling "must-have" narrative.
- Master Voice & Tone: Craft captions and scripts that feel like advice from a savvy, local wellness expert—warm, relatively inspiring, never corporate or generic.
- Show Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, best practices for organic growth, and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling.
- Be a self-starter with proven experience in social media marketing, account management, and ideally influencer or partnership recruitment; comfortable working independently, managing pipelines, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring additional skills like HTML/CSS for basic website tweaks, copywriting for ad copy, crisis management for online reputation, and multicultural sensitivity for diverse audience engagement.
