Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing accurate financial and bookkeeping functions. This role is essential to ensuring smooth administrative workflow, financial integrity, and operational support for leadership and internal teams.
The Office Manager is responsible for managing office administration and bookkeeping activities, including financial recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination with external accountants. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling both numbers and day-to-day office operations.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable using Quickbooks Online
Process invoices, payments, deposits, and expense reports
Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for leadership
Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting
Coordinate with external accountants and financial professionals
Office Operations
Oversee daily office administration to ensure efficient operations
Maintain organized financial and administrative filing systems
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts
Administrative & Team Support
Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Support maintenance of personnel and office records
