Salary: $48,000-60,000 DOE

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a manufacturing company in Lancaster, MA. This role supports customers and internal teams by managing high-volume communication, coordinating orders and documentation, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Own customer orders end-to-end, from initial quote and order entry through production coordination and final delivery
• Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, production teams, and approved vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Assist with quote generation, order entry, print cleanup, required surveys, and credit card processing
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and order status
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to orders and daily activities
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer emails and phone calls
• Build strong working knowledge of products, services, and manufacturing capabilities
• Participate in weekly ISO and production meetings
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and order processes

 

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an office or service-based environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

The salary range is $48,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. This is a Direct hire position with great growth opportunity. The schedule is Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM.
