Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Status: Temporary (with potential to become permanent part-time)

Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing company in Naples is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This role offers consistent hours and the potential for long-term part-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents

• Enter and manage accounts payable transactions in NetSuite

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing

• Maintain organized AP records and documentation

• Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliations

• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams

Requirements

• Prior Accounts Payable experience required

• NetSuite experience is required

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
