Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Matthews, NC. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a company that values safety, accuracy, and a team-focused work environment. You will be responsible for picking and shipping orders, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations, with occasional small welding tasks (training provided on site).

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Receive and organize inbound shipments

• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts

• Operate a forklift safely (on-site certification provided)

• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

• Complete occasional small welding tasks after proper training

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Use Microsoft Office programs to track inventory and communicate updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record (MVR will be checked)

• Forklift certification or willingness to be certified on site

• Must pass a visual acuity test

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable standing and walking on concrete for extended periods

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
