We are looking for a diligent and professional Appointment Setter to join our team.

The primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients and set up meetings for our sales team.

Your duties will include identifying potential clients, contacting prospective clients via email, phone or other platforms, and setting up meetings with the sales team.

An ability to understand customer needs, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach are key to this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research and networking
• Contact prospective clients to set up meetings or calls
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are met
• Record all client communication in the company CRM
• Follow-up with potential clients after initial meetings
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s services and products
• Report on appointment setting activities and results regularly

• Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus
