Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist for a fast-paced distribution and multi-channel automotive parts fulfillment facility in Everett, WA. This is an evaluation-hire opportunity for the right candidate after contractual hours are completed.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of sales orders and intercompany transfers.
• Wave sales orders, issue MO’s, and communicate priority orders verbally or via written notes on pick tickets.
• Pick and pack orders for invoicing with high accuracy.
• Complete transactions in computer systems and schedule pickups with transportation carriers.
• Generate and organize shipment paperwork including labels, invoices, BOLs, and transfer documentation.
• Maintain operational procedures promoting accuracy in fulfillment.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain, organize, and restock the shipping area (boxes, supplies, cleanup, etc.).
• Use pallet jacks and stretch wrap machines.
• Support facilities and operations team with various ongoing projects.
• Follow all safety requirements, policies, and procedures.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Comfortable working around automotive-related smells (oil, brake cleaner, etc.).
• Fast-paced, team-centered environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to distinguish complex alphanumeric part numbers.
• Coachable and adaptable to frequent duty changes.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, pneumatic tools).

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2+ years invoicing in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (Great Plains, Koerber/HighJump/Infor).
• Basic computer proficiency: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Experience generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• RF scanner (WMS) experience—will train.

You must have six months of recent work experience and provide two work references to be eligible to work through our office.
