Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations for our third-party snack manufacturing and distribution business. This role will support day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help maintain compliance across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts

• Track inventory costs, COGS, and production expenses

• Process payroll and related tax filings

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

• Support audits and provide financial documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution a plus)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
