Process Technician

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $26/hr

Process Technician:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Process Technicians to join growing companies in the Lincoln and Waverly, NE area. These are 1st or 2nd shift positions, a contract to hire opportunity, that could turn into a long-term career!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Install molds using tools, hoists, forklifts

· Read diagrams and schematics to perform PM on machines, water lines and safety equipment

· Monitor machines to ensure safe operation and product quality

· Adhere to the setup sheets and diagrams to correctly connect and disconnect water lines and safety equipment

· Utilize machine controls and manuals to diagnose issues and modify the machine settings to align with product specifications

· Must perform Lock Out/Tag Out procedures as required

· Other duties as assigned

Education/Skills:

· Must have experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, process water systems

· Must have knowledge of computer software programs (Excel, Word), OSHA regulations and standards, ISO 9001 standards

· Strong mechanical aptitude required

· Plastic Injection molding experience is preferred

· Previous forklift experience preferred

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Basic mathematical capabilities

· Must be able to lift up to 55lbs

Schedule/Pay:

· Pay up to $26/hr. 1st shift or 2nd shift

· Employees paid weekly!
