The ideal Full-Time candidate MUST have the following:
· Experience performing takeoffs and measuring area in Planswift. Comfortable communicating with General Contractors during biding process. Prioritize and manage time and projects efficiently· Above average proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word programs· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Math skills· Experience dealing with customers over the phone in a professional and courteous manner· Ability to work with others in a team environment
Primary Duties include:. Manage incoming requests for estimates. Create job folder, manage submitted documents and evaluate details of project. Create takeoff in Planswift and measure area to be treated and bid· Maintain excel spreadsheets to track jobsite progress· Data entry into estimating software to create proposals/estimates· Job searches through lead generated software programs· Communicate via email with customers in a timely and professional mannerPAY BASED UPON EXPERIENCE $22-$30/HREducation :· High School or equivalent required
