Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to support efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with operators and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills and/or lathes
Set up machines and troubleshoot programming or machining issues
Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
Select tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance
Work with operators to ensure proper machine setup and part quality
Perform first-article inspections and adjust programs as needed
Maintain documentation and revision control
Qualifications:
3+ years CNC programming experience preferred
Proficient in G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, etc.)
Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
Experience with CAD/CAM software a plus
Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and machining processes
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Schedule:
Full-time
Day shift (other shifts as needed)
