Job Title: Apartment Make-Ready Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Make-Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. This role focuses on turning vacant units quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform apartment turns including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and general carpentry

• Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware

• Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting

• Clean and prepare units to move-in ready condition

• Conduct inspections to ensure units meet company standards

• Respond to maintenance requests as needed

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), and carpentry

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday (on-call or weekends as needed)
