Express Employment Professionals of Hot Springs is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk / Clerical Associate to join one of our clients in Hot Springs, AR. This is a full-time, weekday position ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and light customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:

• $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

• Handle email correspondence and basic customer inquiries

• Complete general clerical and administrative tasks

• Assist with processing payments as needed

• Provide professional customer service (primarily phone and email; minimal in-person interaction)

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and organizational skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good phone etiquette and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a clerical environment

• Clean background required

• Prior front desk, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
