Salary: 70,000- 90,000

Position: Construction Project Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience)

Requirements:

• Construction background required
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Proficient with computers and reading blueprints
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift experience preferred
• Estimator experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Handle project-related sales and customer communication
• Schedule and coordinate with other companies and coworkers
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
