Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Production Worker openings in Stillwater, MN. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Location: Stillwater, MN

Screening Requirements: Background check required; no drug test

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned aspects of the production process for chemicals and lubricants, including material handling, equipment operation, packaging, process monitoring, quality control, and cleaning

  • Operate and monitor production equipment such as conveyors, fillers, labelers, lot coders, carton tapers, cappers, and sealers

  • Ensure quality and consistency throughout the production process

  • Follow work orders and maintain production speed with minimal errors

  • Support various manufacturing department activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Entry-level; no experience required

  • Mixing or shipping experience helpful

  • Warehouse or forklift experience preferred but not required

  • Proven team player with a positive attitude

  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods

  • Frequent bending

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely

 

Equipment Used

  • Labelers and lot coders

  • Hand scanners

  • Pallet jack / forklift

  • Filling equipment

Long-Term Opportunities
