Salary: $23-26/hour
Join our new Lafayette production team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor, overseeing the assembly of wheel and tire hubs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and team success.
Pay: $23-26/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday w/Saturdays as needed
4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (plus required overtime as needed)
Lead and supervise a team of assemblers on the 2nd shift.
Monitor production quality and workflow to meet daily goals.
Train and support team members to ensure proper assembly techniques.
Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions with management.
Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control.
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and general production equipment.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
