Salary: $22.00-$27.00/HR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of production machinery and facility equipment.
Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime and complete scheduled maintenance during planned service intervals.
Carry out basic machinist tasks, including benchwork and simple fabrication as needed.
Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair machines, tools, and supporting systems.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to complete required maintenance.
Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test functionality, and make necessary adjustments.
Utilize and learn the facility’s asset management/maintenance software (CMMS) to document work and track maintenance activities.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Identify faulty operations, defective materials, and safety hazards; report or correct issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety policies and procedures.
Support production goals by ensuring equipment reliability and participating in predictive and productive maintenance processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related technical field.
Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
Ability to safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and related material‑handling equipment.
Familiarity with general shop procedures, safety rules, and lockout/tagout practices.
Ability to learn and use CMMS or other maintenance software systems.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, climbing, stooping, crawling, and crouching.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
