Job Summary We are seeking reliable Demolition Laborers for a renovation project at an active school facility. This role involves interior demolition work including removal of ceiling tiles, drywall, and flooring, as well as general site cleanup and debris disposal. Safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Location School facility in Rogers (active renovation site)
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
45-minute lunch break
Job Duties
Remove ceiling tiles, drywall, flooring, and other interior materials
Assist with demolition using hand and power tools as directed
Load and transport debris to on-site dumpsters
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all site safety rules and school-specific requirements
Work cooperatively with supervisors and crew members
Requirements
Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, standing, bending)
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Prior demolition or construction experience preferred but not required
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Workers must provide and wear:
Leather work boots
Long pants
High-visibility vest or shirt
Hard hat
Additional PPE will be provided on site as required.
Work Environment
Indoor demolition within a school setting
Dust, noise, and debris expected
Strict adherence to safety and professionalism standards required
