Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Screen Print Operator to join a growing company in Mason City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

What You’ll Do:

• Function as a Screen Print Operator, including making and cleaning screens

• Package nameplates and labels according to in-process inspection requirements

• Operate laminator equipment

• Number, paint fill, and buff indented numbers

• Die cut printed foil following operating procedures

• Perform manual holing and round corner operations

• Follow in-process inspection procedures to ensure quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Train and assist in other production areas as needed

• Write and maintain operating procedures

• Adhere to customer-centric principles and company standards

• Manufacturing or screen printing experience preferred (not required)
