Schedule: Monday through Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, including physical labor, equipment operation (as allowed), and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. No prior experience required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties such as lifting, loading, carrying, and material handling
Assist skilled workers and follow supervisor instructions
Clean and prepare work areas
Operate basic tools and equipment safely
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Follow company policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work in various weather or warehouse conditions

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous labor, warehouse, or construction experience
Forklift or equipment experience
Valid driver’s license
