About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. This role involves welding, fabrication, and assembly of metal components to meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals (steel, stainless, aluminum)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
• Fabricate metal parts to precise measurements
• Set up and operate welding equipment and shop tools
• Inspect finished welds for quality and compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick)
• Ability to use grinders, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and shop equipment
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS or equivalent welding certification
• Experience in fabrication, structural welding, or pipe welding
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
